Conflict-of-interest policy

BullsRank sells commercial products to the same industry it measures: profile tiers, Sponsored Data Studies, sponsored placements and data access. This policy states what those can and cannot buy.

What a commercial relationship never buys

It does not change a score, a rating, a verification decision or the date on a claim. A paying operator is checked against the same registers and the same documents as one that has never contacted us, and a finding is published whether it flatters the buyer or not.

What is always visible

Sponsored content carries a Sponsored mark with the sponsor named. A commissioned study is published at a /studies/ URL with the commissioner named. Advertising carries a visible badge — see the advertising disclosure.

What we refuse

We do not take affiliate commissions on player signups. We do not sell rankings or scores.

Disputes

Where a conflict is unclear or contested, the decision rests with the managing editor, whose call is recorded. Factual disputes follow the corrections policy.
