Getting the facts right is the whole product. We correct factual errors — for free, for anyone, always.

Free for any company, always

Correcting a factual error about any operator, sportsbook or provider is free and is never contingent on a commercial relationship, advertising, or a paid plan. A company does not need to be a customer — or pay anything — to have a genuine mistake fixed.

How to report an error

Email corrections@bullsrank.com (or use the contact page) with:

• the page URL and the exact statement you believe is wrong;
• what the correct fact is;
• a source we can verify it against (regulator registry, official T&C, on-chain record).

What happens next

• Every report gets a reply. We acknowledge each one and tell you what we found.
• Verified factual errors are fixed. Once a claim is confirmed wrong against its source, we correct it — as soon as it is confirmed.
• Disputed or complex cases: we say so, and the managing editor decides (see the conflict-of-interest policy).

How corrections are handled

A corrected claim is re-checked against its source and its verification stamp is updated. Material corrections are noted on the affected page. Our standards for what may be published are in the editorial policy.
