Claims must be sourced

A fact appears on the site only as a claim tied to a source. Nothing is published on the strength of an operator's own marketing alone; each claim is checked against a regulator register, official terms, or an on-chain record.

How a claim is verified

A claim is published only after it has been checked against a cited source. How thorough that check is depends on what the claim is.

Material claims — a licence, the legal entity and ownership behind an operator, payment and withdrawal terms, and regulatory statuses — are checked one at a time, each against its primary source: a regulator’s register, the operator’s own terms, or an on-chain record.

Non-material claims — everything else — may be confirmed by a deterministic match of each row to the source it cites. A batch match is never a substitute for reading a material claim against its source, and no claim is marked verified until its source has been read.

A published fact stands on its source, not on how it was checked or by whom.

Measurement over opinion

Where a thing can be measured — withdrawal speed above all — we measure it and publish the evidence, including transaction hashes. A ranking ships only when the data supports it.

Corrections

When a claim is disputed we mark it and re-check it against its source. Data older than 90 days is flagged as under review until re-verified. The full process — how to report an error and how we publish the fix — is in the corrections policy.

What we keep, and what we show

We record internally how and when every claim was checked, and we use that record for our own quality control and to answer a challenge to any specific published fact. What we show you is the thing itself: the primary source behind a fact and the date we last checked it, not a report of the work we did on it. A published fact stands on its source, not on how many people looked at it.
