GG.BET licence: operator, Tobique status and domain scope

That is evidence for a specific company and domain. It does not verify every GG.BET-branded website, identify the ultimate owner or guarantee a customer's payout. The distinction matters when a review, an account page and a licence record refer to different addresses.

Which company do the GG.BET terms identify?

Clause 1.1 of the English terms, marked as updated on 18 September 2026, gives MJMotion Ltd's registration number as 2025-00817 in Saint Lucia. The same clause identifies Zenvorix Ltd, Cyprus registration HE 488321, as a payment agent.

Those are different roles. A payment processor's name on a transaction should not automatically replace the company identified in the player contract. Nor does naming an operating company establish who ultimately owns its shares. For that distinction, see who owns an online casino.

This review did not independently obtain a corporate-registry extract for either company. Their registration identifiers here are attributed to GG.BET's terms, not presented as a completed beneficial-ownership investigation.

What the regulator's sources confirm

Two Tobique publications contribute different parts of the check:

The validation page reached from the GG.BET footer supplies the domain connection. The license-holder table supplies the published licence type and expiry date for the company name. That first table does not display company registration numbers or domains; a separate table further down the page contains older entries and should not be silently combined with it.

Neither the displayed validation details nor the first table independently showed 0000133 in this check. That number remains an operator-side statement. There is enough evidence to report a regulator-listed domain and company without claiming that every identifier has been independently matched.

How to check the exact GG.BET domain yourself

Start with the address where your account is held. Copy the hostname from the address bar, then open the terms and licensing link from that same site.

For the check described here, the licensing link led to validate.thetgc.ca. Compare the domain named on the returned page with the one you started from. A regulator logo, a screenshot of a certificate or a link to the regulator's homepage is not the same evidence as a validation page listing the actual address.

Use a fresh click on the licensing seal in the GG.BET footer rather than a saved certificate URL. During our recheck, an older link displayed an expired-validation warning referring to a page loaded more than 20 minutes earlier; a new footer link opened without that warning. Expiration of that link is not, by itself, evidence that the licence has expired.

Next, compare the company name with the contracting party in the terms. Record any available registration and licence numbers, but keep track of which source supplied each. If an identifier appears only in the casino's document, label it that way.

Keep the result and the date together. A valid result today should not be used as an undated guarantee. This article's findings do not automatically extend to a country-specific GG.BET site or another address reached through a redirect. A different contracting party or domain needs its own check.

A licence check does not answer every safety question

The disclaimer on the Tobique certificate reached from the GG.BET footer separates the regulator from the licensee's services and disclaims warranties about those offerings. A domain match therefore should not become a BullsRank statement that every payment will arrive or every contract clause is fair.

Access restrictions are a separate question too. GG.BET's terms, section 2.3, exclude several jurisdictions, including the UK and USA. The presence of a licence does not override the site's own restrictions or establish permission to use it wherever a reader lives.

Someone investigating an existing account should retain the terms that applied when the disputed transaction occurred. A current licensing page cannot, by itself, settle what happened under an earlier contract.

Where does Tobique direct complaints?

The Commission's complaints page instructs customers to use the complaint link inside the Tobique Shield on the licensed operator's website. It says complaints sent through the Commission website itself will not be reviewed, and identifies validate.thetgc.ca as the legitimate Shield domain.

Follow the current route from the exact site involved. If the complaint link does not load, preserve the page URL and error and ask the operator for a working route. The finding, with its limits

For gg.bet, the current operator statement and Tobique's domain validation agree on MJMotion Ltd. The regulator page supplies a positive domain connection; the published holder table adds a B2C entry and expiry date. The licence number and corporate-registration number still have the narrower provenance described above.
