How long a Midnite withdrawal takes depends on the payment method. Midnite's help centre says "Most withdrawals are processed within minutes", that it aims "to process all withdrawals within 72 hours", and that some can take "up to 5 working days, depending on your payment provider". Its UK payment table gives debit cards up to five business days and Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay up to 72 hours. Money goes back only to the method you deposited with, and a withdrawal can't be cancelled once it's submitted.01022008
We read Midnite's help-centre articles on withdrawals, payment methods, verification and complaints, its Terms & Conditions and its maximum payout rules on 2 November 2026, along with the Gambling Commission's register. These are the operator's own statements, not tested payouts: BullsRank hasn't measured how long Midnite takes to pay. Each help article carries a last-updated date in its page metadata, and we give that date with each source. Our other guides cover withdrawals at other operators, and the Midnite profile holds the licence record.0102030408101317182021
How long does a Midnite withdrawal take?
Midnite gives three answers on one page. The help article "How long do withdrawals take?", last updated on 22 April 2026, opens with "Most withdrawals are processed within minutes — so you’ll usually get your funds quickly." It then sets a target, "We aim to process all withdrawals within 72 hours", and an outer limit: "In some cases, it can take up to 5 working days, depending on your payment provider". If the money hasn't arrived after five working days, the page tells you to open the chat.01
The UK payment-methods page, last updated on 13 October 2026, puts a time on each method:02
Method | Minimum deposit | Maximum withdrawal | Withdrawal time Midnite states |
|---|---|---|---|
Visa or Mastercard debit card | £5 | £5,000 | Up to 5 business days |
Apple Pay | £5 | £5,000 | Up to 72 hours |
Google Pay | £5 | £5,000 | Up to 72 hours |
Pay by Bank | £5 | £5,000 | Instant to 1-3 business days |
Revolut Pay | £5 | £5,000 | Up to 72 hours |
These are the help centre's figures, read on 2 November 2026. The table gives a £5,000 maximum deposit for every method too, but it doesn't say whether £5,000 is a limit per withdrawal, per day or per month, and it gives no minimum withdrawal. "Credit cards are not accepted for deposits or withdrawals." Payments are processed through Checkout.com, the page says. Not every method works on every device: the troubleshooting page lists Pay by Bank as web only for now, Apple Pay on the web and iOS (with the note "Not IE/Chrome"), and Google Pay on the web and Android. Our Ladbrokes withdrawals guide, for comparison, found a help centre that splits the wait into an internal review and the method's own time; Midnite's withdrawals page gives a single target of 72 hours and an outer limit of five working days, and the payment table adds a time per method.0204
One payment method at a time
Midnite says it "uses a single payment method system": "You can only have one active payment method at a time". Clause 10.3 of the terms is shorter still: "Withdrawals can only be made using the same payment method you used to deposit." The help centre's example is a debit card deposit, which goes back to that card, and a Pay by Bank deposit, which returns to the same bank account. If you see a "one payment method" error, the troubleshooting page explains: "This usually means you’re trying to withdraw to a different method than you deposited with."05200304
Switching to another method has conditions. Your balance must be below £3 (the change page writes "£/€ 3"), and you need no open or unsettled bets and no unfinished casino rounds. Then you add the new method through the "+" icon next to your balance. A balance above £3 therefore has to be withdrawn to the current method, or played down, before you can switch. Clause 10.2 adds that withdrawals go only to the registered account holder, and clause 9.2 allows deposits only from a payment source in your name.020520
Some cards won't take a payout at all. The Apple Pay and Google Pay pages both say "Wise cards aren’t eligible for withdrawals" and "Yonder cards aren’t eligible for withdrawals". The troubleshooting page gives the reason for Wise: "Wise doesn't accept funds back from gambling operators, so withdrawals to a Wise card will fail." When that happens, Midnite offers Pay by Bank instead, which it calls Verified Payout: you connect the bank account linked to the Wise card through Open Banking, and the withdrawal completes without a support ticket. Both pages recommend a standard debit card.060704
You can't cancel a Midnite withdrawal
"Once a withdrawal has been submitted, it can’t be cancelled." The help article adds: "This applies even if your withdrawal is still showing as pending". Tracking one is limited too. Your Transactions page lists deposits and withdrawals, but the help centre says: "You can see your withdrawal history here, but not the processing status." For an update on a specific withdrawal, it sends you to Player Support in the chat.0809
Fees, holds and winnings caps
The terms and the help pages we read don't mention a withdrawal fee or an inactivity fee. Clause 9.3 says "We do not charge for deposits made by Debit Card", but warns that some card issuers treat betting as a cash payment and "may charge you a cash advance fee".20
Clause 10.1 lets you withdraw "any cleared real money balance in your Account at any time", on four conditions: your deposits have cleared and haven't been charged back or reversed, Midnite has finished its verification checks, no law or regulator requires it to withhold the money, and there's no ongoing investigation, or a completed one not decided in your favour, into an error, interruption or malfunction affecting a service you used, or into a suspected prohibited activity. If Midnite suspends an account over a suspected prohibited activity, clause 12.2 says: "Your funds cannot be accessed or withdrawn during periods of suspension, and any balance will remain in the Account." Clause 9.6 says customer funds are held separately from business accounts, at the level the Gambling Commission calls medium protection.20
What you can withdraw is also capped by what you can win. Midnite's maximum payout rules, last updated on 19 August 2026, say: "The maximum you can win on our Casino Games is £250,000 per wager or game round." Sports caps run from £10,000 on politics and specials to £250,000 on top-tier football and horse racing, and a daily cap limits one person's winnings to £250,000 "for any bets placed or settled per calendar day". Clause 16.1 of the terms says these limits apply whatever you staked.1720
When Midnite asks for documents
Midnite describes three levels of verification. Level 1 happens at sign-up and confirms you're 18 or over and located in the UK; if that can't be done automatically, Midnite asks for proof of ID and proof of address. After Level 1, "you can use your account as normal — deposits, withdrawals, the lot", though Level 2 may bring further ID and address checks and Level 3 means the Risk team may ask for more documents or review your account and payment activity. The same page warns: "Verification checks can happen at any stage" and "Your account may be temporarily restricted while checks are completed".10
Documents go through the Verification section of your account. Proof of address must be dated within the last three months, and "PDF format is preferred. Screenshots aren’t accepted." Midnite gives no review time: "Verification times can vary depending on file quality." It may also ask for a card confirmation letter from your bank showing your full name, date of birth, home address and the card's last four digits; screenshots of in-app screens and letters in a language other than English are not accepted.1112
Source of funds is a separate check. "We may ask for this information if your account reaches certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds." The help centre doesn't publish the thresholds. It lists bank or savings statements, proof of earnings such as payslips, dividends or a pension, and documents confirming employment as examples, and warns that if the checks can't be completed, "your account may be temporarily restricted or suspended until verification is complete." Clause 10.1 adds that a delay in sending requested information "may cause delay when withdrawing funds". Our guide to a source-of-funds check covers what these requests usually involve.1320
If a withdrawal is late or blocked
Not arrived yet: debit cards can take up to five business days, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Revolut Pay up to 72 hours. After five working days, open the chat.
"One payment method" error: you're withdrawing to a different method from the one you deposited with. Withdraw to the original method.
Wise or Yonder card: these cards aren't eligible for withdrawals. For Wise, Midnite offers Pay by Bank to the linked bank account.
Account restricted: the help centre's common reasons are verification checks, unclear or rejected documents, details that don't match your payment method, safer gambling checks and differences in your name or address that need confirming. Restrictions can affect deposits, withdrawals or access until the review ends.
Account suspended: "You won’t be able to place bets or withdraw funds" while it lasts. Check your inbox and spam folder for Midnite's explanation, or email support@midnite.com.
Logged in from abroad: Midnite is licensed in the UK and Ireland, and "you can only use your account while you’re physically in these countries". Logging in elsewhere may trigger a temporary restriction; once you're back, Midnite asks you to contact it through the chat.
Complaints have their own clock. Tell Midnite you're making an "Official Complaint", by chat, email to support@midnite.com, during an outbound phone call or on social media, within six months of the incident. Midnite says it will acknowledge it within 24 hours, aims to give a full response within 15 working days, and has up to eight weeks to send a final response. Under clause 24.4, if the dispute isn't settled within eight weeks, either side can refer it to IBAS, the Independent Betting Adjudication Service. Our guide to IBAS and UK gambling disputes covers what IBAS can decide, and if the money still doesn't come, see what to do when a casino is refusing to pay.1820
Who you're dealing with
Clause 2.1 of the terms names Midnite Limited, a Gibraltar company (registration number 126682), for UK customers, and Midnite Europe Limited, a Maltese company (C90791), for customers in Ireland. The Gambling Commission's register, downloaded on 2 November 2026 at 09:56 UTC, lists account 101839 under Midnite Limited with licence 101839-R-342850-002, active since 11 August 2026, covering real and virtual event betting, pool betting, bingo and casino, with www.midnite.com as an active domain. The domain midnite.com is listed separately, under Dribble Media Limited, account 42647, licence 042647-R-321653-023, also active. For Ireland, a help article updated on 14 September 2026 shows a remote betting licence from the Gambling Regulatory Authority of Ireland, registration number GRAI-0767-RB-26-0001, issued to Midnite Europe Limited on 24 August 2026 and expiring on 23 August 2029; the terms, updated on 21 September 2026, still name a Revenue licence (1019666) and say Midnite Europe Limited will move to the new regime once licences are granted. Our guide to what the UK Gambling Commission does for players explains what the regulator can and can't do about a single withdrawal.202119
What to ask Midnite before a large withdrawal
Please confirm, for my withdrawal of [amount] to [payment method]: the maximum I can withdraw to this method in one request and per day, whether any documents are needed before it is processed, and the expected processing time. My username is [username].
Keep the reply in the same chat or email thread.
What we couldn't check
Actual payout times. We didn't make a withdrawal. The times above are what Midnite's help centre says, not what we measured.
The cashier. We didn't log in, so we haven't seen the limits and times the withdrawal screen shows for a real account.
What the £5,000 limit applies to. The payment table doesn't say whether it's per withdrawal, per day or per month.
Source-of-funds thresholds. Midnite says checks start at "certain deposit or withdrawal thresholds" but doesn't publish them.
Irish customers. This guide follows the UK payment page; the terms cover both Midnite companies, and clause 10.5 points Irish customers to a separate limits table, which we didn't read.
