The Nitro casino and sportsbook at mynitro.io doesn't name the company that runs it, and none of the pages we read names a gaming licence or a regulator. On 29 October 2026 we read its terms, help centre, rules and footer, then searched the two licence registers our Nitro profile checks, Anjouan's and Curaçao's. Neither lists mynitro.io or a company called Nitro. This page sets out what each document printed that day. The guides to both registers are on our regulators hub. It's a record, not a rating: BullsRank hasn't scored Nitro. It's also not about NitroCasino.com, a different site.0102050607
Who runs Nitro
No page we read names a company. The terms speak only of "Nitro" and "Nitro Crypto Sportsbook and Casino". The footer ends: "All Rights Reserved. The Nitro Brand and Logo are trademarks of Nitro." The privacy and cookie policies name no data controller.0102
What the pages do give is a history and a set of domains:01020304
History: the About Us page dates the brand to "the inception of Nitrogensports.eu in 2013". The help centre says "The Nitrogen brand was a pioneer in the sportsbook business".
Domains: the terms refer to funds from "the nitrobetting.eu or mynitro.io platform". On 29 October 2026 nitrobetting.eu and nitrobetzone.com both redirected to mynitro.io, and the support addresses on the site end in @nitrobetzone.com.
Costa Rica, twice: the rules page says Nitro's casino games carry a GLI random-number-generator certificate "issued through Costa Rica eGaming". The affiliate programme linked from the footer, Rev2Win, says its agreement "will be governed by the laws of Costa Rica".
Neither page names a company or a gaming licence. Costa Rica is also on Nitro's own list of countries where you can't play. Our guide to who owns an online casino explains why the brand, the company that runs a site and its owners are separate questions.030401
What the licence registers show
The terms say Nitro adheres "to strict regulatory requirements and industry standards", but don't say whose. We found no licence number, no regulator's name and no regulator's seal on any page we read. The one authority the site names, Costa Rica eGaming, appears only as the issuer of the games' RNG certificate. So we searched the registers for every name and domain the site gives.010203
Anjouan: the public register had 1,258 entries on 29 October 2026. None lists mynitro.io, nitrobetting.eu, nitrobetzone.com or a company with Nitro in its name. The only entry containing "nitro" is the domain nitrobahis.com, listed under DB Solutions Ltd; nothing on Nitro's pages refers to it.
Curaçao: the Curaçao Gaming Authority's online licence register dated 20 October 2026 and its enforcement register dated 14 September 2026 list companies, not websites, and no entry in either contains "nitro". Because Nitro names no company, this search could only catch a licensee called Nitro.
We checked that the search could find a match: the same files returned Thrill's Anjouan entry, its operator's row in the Curaçao licence register and a Curaçao enforcement entry we had read before. A search with no result shows that these two registers don't list Nitro. It says nothing about registers we didn't read: other regulators keep their own lists, and our guide to what a gaming licence is and how to check one lists where to look. If Nitro publishes a licence number, its regulator's register is the place to check it. Our Anjouan licence check and Curaçao licence check guides show how to search those two.0506
What our profile shows
The Nitro profile, read 29 October 2026, prints "No record in the registers we check" and "Licence holder not established from public sources". It holds 9 sourced facts, all marked "Claimed", meaning the operator's own word, and lists 26 of 32 tracked fields as not stated. It prints "Claims last checked 13 Sept 2026".07
Some of those gaps are filled on Nitro's own pages. The help centre states a minimum deposit and a processing time, and the rules page names an RNG certificate. The profile's minimum withdrawal, 0.005 BTC, comes from the terms; the help centre gives a lower figure. This article reports a manual read. The profile hasn't been updated from it.020307
We also measured whether AI engines mention Nitro. In our AI visibility run of 7–8 October 2026 (40 questions, 7 engines), none of the 280 answers named it.07
What the terms say about withdrawals
The terms, the help centre and the rules page between them set these conditions:010203
Before you can withdraw: "Any deposit made into your account must complete a one-time rollover before any funds can be withdrawn."
Review: "Cash outs are reviewed on a daily basis, usually within 24 hours" of the request. The help centre adds that once approved, a withdrawal "should be processed in no more than 2 hours".
Minimums: the terms say "5mBTC (0.005 BTC) for BTC and 0.25 mBTC for LTC". The help centre says "The minimum a player can request is 0.25 mBTC", without naming a coin.
Maximums: the terms say there's no maximum, but the cashier has one; larger amounts "will require management approval and may be under review for over 24 hrs". The help centre says amounts over 50 mBTC "may require extra revisions".
Frequency: "Players are allowed one withdrawal per day."
Bonus winnings: the rules cap withdrawals after a bonus at 40 mBTC and add a "mandatory 3X rollover" on bonus funds.
Currency: balances are shown in mBTC, and withdrawals can be requested in BTC or LTC.
The help centre and the terms also list different deposit networks for USDT and USDC: the terms say ERC20, the help centre's confirmation table says BEP20. Check the cashier before you send. Our withdrawal-times research compares what 20 crypto casinos and sportsbooks state; Nitro wasn't among them.0102
Identity checks and dormant accounts
The About Us page calls Nitro a "Fully anonymous crypto betting platform". The terms set out a full identity check: government ID, "Selfie with ID" and proof of address, which Nitro may request "randomly" or to process a payment. They add: "Failing to provide valid and legitimate documentation will result in account termination and balance forfeiture." Our guide to ID checks at no-KYC casinos covers what to expect when that request comes.0201
The dormant-account section has four parts:01
Dormant after six months: an account is dormant after "no activity for six (6) consecutive months", or when no deposit has been made for 6 months.
Winnings seized: if you return and ask to withdraw without meeting the activity criteria, Nitro "will only honor the amount of the customer’s previous deposits". "Any winnings accumulated during the period of dormancy will be seized", and deposits come back "at their original cryptocurrency value".
Fees: "After 12 months of inactivity, a monthly maintenance fee of 5% will be applied to the account balance. This fee will increase by an additional 1% each month until the balance is fully depleted."
No refund: "Maintenance fees are non-refundable, even if the account is reactivated."
Logging in doesn't count as activity. Our guide to casino inactivity fees compares these clauses across operators.01
Where a complaint goes
Nitro's pages set out no complaints procedure and name no outside body to take a dispute to. The rules page sets one deadline: "Disputes must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date the bet in question has been graded. No claims will be honored after this period." Support is by email to help@nitrobetzone.com and by live chat.0302
With no regulator named on Nitro's pages or listed in the two registers we read, there's no regulator we can point you to. Before you write to support, save each page with its date; our guide to a casino refusing to pay lists what to keep. If you want to stop playing, the responsible gaming page says self-exclusion is requested by email with "Self-Exclusion" in the subject line; our self-exclusion guide covers what else is available.050603
Where Nitro says it can't be used
The terms bar players who live in "Venezuela, China, Azerbaijan, Costa Rica, United Kingdom, Moldovia". The affiliate terms give a longer list for nitrobetting.eu: Bulgaria, Hungary, Venezuela, China, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Costa Rica and the United Kingdom. Neither list names the United States, and the footer calls Nitro "America's top online entertainment destination".0104
The terms put the legal question on you: you warrant "that you are permitted in the jurisdiction in which you are located to use online sports betting services". Whether betting on an offshore site is lawful where you live is a separate question from what Nitro's terms allow.01
How to check this yourself
Open Nitro's terms and look for a company name and a licence number. On 29 October 2026 there were none.
Check the footer for a regulator's seal that opens a page on the regulator's own domain.
Search Anjouan's register and Curaçao's latest register for mynitro.io and for any company the site names.
Read the dormant-account and withdrawal sections before you deposit, and note the 7-day deadline for disputes.
Save copies with the date. The terms say they are "subject to changes and revisions by Nitro without prior written notice".
What we are not saying
We're not saying Nitro is licensed or unlicensed, safe or unsafe. We're reporting what its pages and two regulators' registers printed on 29 October 2026, read from one location, and what we couldn't find. This page changes when any of them does, and each change carries its date. We haven't asked Nitro for comment; a reply goes here with its date.
