An Anjouan gaming licence check takes three searches and one comparison you have to make yourself. The register is public and free, but on 31 October 2026 it printed "valid" on all 1,298 of its entries, including 77 whose printed expiry date had already passed. So a check that stops at the status field tells you almost nothing. The columns that answer your question are the domain list and the expiry date.01

The register you search is not the one from September
The register shrank in October and keeps changing without saying so. Between our copies of 6 and 11 October 2026 it fell from 1,543 entries to 1,343: the 200 that left all had a printed expiry date of 17 July 2026 or earlier. On 31 October it held 1,298. Before the cut, some entries read "valid" more than a year past their date; on 31 October the oldest passed date was 1 October 2026.0301

The changes don't stop between clean-ups, and the register shows none of them. Between our reads of 30 October (09:59 UTC, 1,258 entries) and 31 October (18:41 UTC, 1,298 entries), 42 entries appeared, 2 disappeared and 17 changed. Fifteen of the changed entries had their expiry date moved forward by exactly one year, 12 of them dates that had already passed; the register doesn't say why. The two that disappeared, Titan Digital Ltd (titanbet.io) and Quantum Digital Solutions, carried expiry dates in 2027, and neither is on the regulator's revoked or suspended page. A search on two different days can give two different answers.0102
Step 1: find the licence number on the casino's site
Anjouan licence numbers look like ALSI-202410011-FI1: the letters ALSI, a hyphen, a nine-digit block, a hyphen, and a suffix, usually FI1 or FI2 and occasionally up to FI7. Casinos usually print the number in the footer, often under a licence seal.
Copy it, but expect the register to type some numbers differently. On 31 October 2026, 1,294 of the 1,298 entries began "ALSI-". Two wrote the number with spaces instead of hyphens (ALSI 202508022 FI1 is one), one began "ALSi-", and one entry had an empty number field. Suffixes wobble too: Roobet's number, ALSI-202507005, has none; two end in "FII", Rollbit's among them; one ends in "Fll", one in "F16", and one has a space before the digit. If an exact search returns nothing, that may be why. Search by company name and by domain before you draw any conclusion.01
Step 2: search the register three ways
The regulator's verification page tells you to "Search by licence number, company name, or operational domain", and says results "display the licence holder’s registered name, licence number, licence type (B2C or B2B), and current status". The register page itself carries the full table, with the issue date, the expiry date and the domain list as well.02
Do all three searches. A number search confirms the licence exists. A company search catches typed-out numbers and shows whether the company holds more than one licence; on 31 October three companies held two each. A domain search is the one that matters for you, because it answers whether the site you are on is tied to the licence at all.01
Step 3: check that your domain is on the list
The register connects a licence to a website through one column, the domains the licensee has declared. The regulator's disclaimer says what that column means: "Domain names listed in the register reflect information provided by the licence holder", and "inclusion of a domain in the register confirms only that the domain has been notified to the Authority as associated with licensed activities."02
What the column looked like on 31 October 2026:
52 licences list no domain at all.
59 list ten or more; one, held by Novatrix SRL, lists 63.
Three domains, epicbet.com, shokker.com and respin.com, appear under two licences each, held by Hot Streak Ltd and Overcooked Ltd.
One licence, held by EZ Spins Ltd, covers bitcasino.io, livecasino.io and sportsbet.io together.
Search for the exact domain in your address bar, not the brand name. On 31 October 2026, 36 of the 76 operators BullsRank tracks had an Anjouan number in our licence records, and we looked each one up. For 24, the brand's main domain was on that licence's list. For 7 it wasn't. Three of those licences list a different address with the same brand name: duelbits.io rather than duelbits.com, betwinner.direct rather than betwinner.com, melbet.global rather than melbet.com. The other four brands, CoinCasino, Lucky Block, Mega Dice and TG Casino, are tied in our records to Igloo Ventures SRL's licence ALSI-142311005-FI2, which lists one domain, casinopayservice.com. For the remaining 5, the number in our records was no longer in the register at all; one of their domains, betninja.com, now appears under a different licence number, held by BitzEnt Ltd. A domain missing from the list doesn't settle the licence question either way. It means the register, on the day you read it, doesn't connect that address to the licence.
Step 4: read the expiry date, because the status won't help
The regulator's status definitions page describes four categories, "Active", "Suspended", "Revoked" and "Expired", and says each "reflects a specific determination by the Authority". Its definition of "Expired" is plain: "The licence validity period has ended and the licence has not been renewed."02
The page says these categories "are used in the public register", but the register's published data uses none of those four words. On 31 October 2026 all 1,298 entries carried the status "valid", and 77 of them (5.9%) had a printed expiry date between 1 and 28 October 2026. Duelbits' licence, held by Elevated Entertainment Ltd, printed 12 October; Betwinner's, held by HappyDoo LLC, printed 15 October. Both read "valid". One entry, held by 3-102-965756 SRL, prints an issue date of 15 October 2026 and an expiry date of 14 October 2026, a term that ends the day before it begins; it reads "valid" too.0102
So compare the expiry date with today's date yourself. Anjouan terms are short: of the 1,298 entries, 683 run about one year, 398 about two, 208 about three and 8 about four, and one ends before it begins, so the date comes round quickly. A passed date next to "valid" may mean a renewal the register hasn't caught up with, or a licence that wasn't renewed; only the Authority can say which.01
The regulator's enforcement pages are a separate check, and worth doing. On 31 October 2026 its "Revoked Licences" page listed two licences (Knifex Ltd, revoked 9 June 2026 for "Fraud"; Amor 25 Limited, revoked 10 July 2026 for "Illegal sublicensing") and its "Suspended Licences" page one (Mucho Gaming Limited, a B2B licence for rollblock.io, suspended 8 September 2026). None of the three appears in the main register, in that day's copy or in any copy we have taken since 16 September 2026. The register doesn't mark them; they are simply absent, so a number that returns nothing may be there for that reason. Check both pages before you decide a search came back empty by mistake.0201
Step 5: check the seal, then write down the date
Anjouan's seal policy says the seal on a licensed site "must link directly to the official licence verification page in the public registry", "must be removed immediately upon licence suspension, revocation, or expiry", and "must not be used on domains or platforms not authorized or covered by the licence". A seal that links somewhere else, or a seal on a domain the register doesn't list, is a mismatch with the regulator's own rules. A seal is also easy to copy, so treat it as a pointer to the register, never as proof.02
Then record the date and time you checked. The register keeps no history, and its disclaimer says it "is updated periodically and may not reflect changes that have occurred since the most recent update". Igloo Ventures SRL's licence, ALSI-142311005-FI2, listed nine domains in our copy of 16 September 2026, coincasino.com among them, and one, casinopayservice.com, in every copy we took from 6 October onwards. Nothing on the page records that change. Your dated note is the only record of what the register said when you looked.0201
What the check can and can't settle
Done properly, an Anjouan licence check tells you that a licence with that number exists, which company holds it, and whether the register ties your domain to it. It tells you whether the printed term has passed, if you read the date yourself.
It won't show regulatory action in the register itself: the published data has no status other than "valid", and the licences on the revoked and suspended pages are simply absent from it. It can't tell you when a domain was added or dropped, or why an entry vanished. And it says nothing about whether the casino will pay you: a licence is a fact about who is registered where, not a safety rating. Method
We downloaded the register page on 31 October 2026 at 18:41 UTC and parsed the table it embeds as data (1,298 rows; company, status, number, type, issue date, expiry date, domains). Past-date counts compare each entry's own printed expiry date with 31 October 2026. Term lengths are the gap between issue and expiry date, rounded to whole years. Domain counts split the domain column on commas and spaces and lowercase the result. Changes over time compare our earlier copies of the same page (16 September, 6 and 11 October, 30 October 2026) entry by entry, matched on licence number. The tracked-operator check takes every operator profile whose current licence record carries an Anjouan number (database read 31 October 2026, 18:43 UTC) and looks for the host of its main URL in that licence's domain list. The regulator's verification, status-definition, disclaimer, seal-policy and enforcement pages were read on 31 October 2026 and are quoted verbatim.
