The row is unchanged across every edition we read from 3 September to 21 September 2026. The printed expiry date passed more than three months before our read. That is not unusual in this register: on 21 September, 276 of the 281 entries marked "Assessment in progress" had a printed date in the past, and the regulator's own page says the overviews "do not guarantee the current validity of the licenses". What the status means for a specific licence is a question for the regulator, and we don't guess at it. What we could not read
The certificate page. Curaçao issues a certificate per domain at cert.cga.cw. We hold no certificate link for stake.com and haven't read one, so we can't say what it prints for the domain.
The site itself. From the reader we use for this page, stake.com and its terms page returned 403 on 22 September 2026. The terms quoted above were read from a different location on the same day. Many operators block traffic by country; a block says nothing about licensing.
Anjouan. Stake does not appear in Anjouan's register: no entry lists a stake domain, on 21 September 2026.
What the terms say about verification and withdrawals
Stake's terms provide for identity verification (KYC), read 25 July 2026. Its anti-money-laundering policy, read 30 July 2026, states no processing window for withdrawals and describes an account-level verification threshold without naming the amount. Stake's help centre, read 11 October 2026, gives up to 3 business days for local-currency withdrawals and no time for crypto, and BullsRank has not measured Stake's payout times. Open the latest Curaçao register PDF from cga.cw and search for the licence number or the company name. Read the status and the expiry date together.
If the site shows a licence seal, follow it to cert.cga.cw and check that the certificate names the domain you're on.
