Rollbit licence and operator: Anjouan entry, Curaçao history

Rollbit's terms say the site "is operated by Acacia Tech Ltd", with an address in Charlestown, Nevis, "under licence number ALSI-042308006-FII, issued by the Offshore Finance Authority of the State of Anjouan". Anjouan's register lists that licence for Acacia Tech Ltd, covering rollbit.com, with a printed expiry date of 20 August 2027. Rollbit's earlier Curaçao licence, held by Bull Gaming N.V., reads "Expired" in the Curaçao register. This page records what each document prints and when we read it. Who operates Rollbit

Acacia Tech Ltd. Rollbit's terms, read 22 September 2026, give the company and its address: Unit 207, Heritage Plaza II, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis. The same company name appears as licence holder in Anjouan's register. The terms also say regulatory supervision is "managed by Anjouan Licensing Services Inc."

The Anjouan entry

As printed on 21 September 2026:

• Licence: ALSI-042308006-FII (the register prints the suffix as "FII")

• Holder: Acacia Tech Ltd, B2C

• Issued: 16 August 2023

• Printed expiry: 20 August 2027

• Status: valid

• Domains: rollbit.com

Two things stand out. The domain list has one entry, rollbit.com, so the register ties the licence to that address and no other. And the term runs four years and four days, which makes it one of ten entries in the register whose issue and expiry dates don't fit a whole-year term; our Anjouan register census lists them. Neither the licence nor Acacia Tech Ltd appears on the regulator's Revoked or Suspended pages, read 22 September 2026.

The Curaçao entry, and why a search there can mislead

Rollbit's terms used to cite a Curaçao licence: OGL/2024/1260/0494, held by Bull Gaming N.V., company 157086. That entry is still in the Curaçao register. In the edition dated 21 September 2026 it prints an issue date of 23 November 2025, an expiry of 23 May 2026 and the status "Expired". The status changed in the edition dated 8 September; on 3 September it read "Assessment in progress". The Curaçao enforcement register dated 14 September does not list the number, which fits its scope: expiry by date isn't an enforcement action.

The certificate link BullsRank held for that licence returned "Not Found" on 21 September 2026.

So a player who checks Rollbit against Curaçao alone sees an expired licence, and a player who checks Anjouan alone sees a valid one with a 2027 date. Both are true as printed. The terms decide which applies today, and on 22 September they named Anjouan. What the terms and site say about verification and withdrawals

Rollbit's terms provide for identity verification (read 25 July 2026) and state no processing window for withdrawals (read 30 July 2026). BullsRank has not measured withdrawal times; the profile shows "Withdrawal speed: No data". Support channels listed in the terms: live chat, email and phone.

On rollbit.com/responsible-gaming, read 25 July 2026, we found self-exclusion, a deposit limit and a self-assessment. We did not find a cooling-off period, loss, session or wager limits, a reality check or a withdrawal lock on that page. Absence from the page isn't proof the tools don't exist in the account interface; it is what the public page showed on that date.

From the reader we use for this page, rollbit.com returned HTTP 451 on 22 September 2026. The terms quoted above were read from another location the same day.

How to check this yourself

1. Open Rollbit's terms and find the operator, the address and the licence number.

2. Open anjouangaming.com/license-register and search the number. Confirm rollbit.com is the listed domain and read the expiry date; "valid" appears on every row.

3. Check the regulator's Revoked and Suspended pages for Acacia Tech Ltd.

4. If you find a Curaçao number for Rollbit elsewhere, look it up in the latest Curaçao register PDF and read the status: it prints "Expired".
