Anjouan register no longer lists Mega Dice, Lucky Block

On 21 August 2026, Anjouan's licence register listed 22 domains under licence ALSI-142311005-FI2, held by Igloo Ventures SRL. When we read the register on 16 September it listed 9, and it still listed 9 on 20 September. Thirteen domains were dropped, among them megadice.com, luckyblock.com and tg.casino. None of the thirteen appears under any other licence among the register's 1,527 entries.

The licence itself is still there. The register prints it as "valid", issued 15 November 2023, with an expiry date of 14 November 2026. What changed is the list of sites it covers.

What the register printed, read by read

The page we read on 20 September is byte-for-byte the page we captured on 16 September, so the list has not moved since. We have no read between 21 August and 16 September; the change happened somewhere in those 26 days. The register does not print when a domain was removed, or why.

Dropped between 21 August and 16 September 2026 (13): reelcrypto.com, wsmcasino.com, coinkings.io, megadice.com, luckyblock.com, betrunner.com, tg.casino, winbetz.com, crashino.com, telbet.com, slotsdon.com, jemlit.com, spinlegend.com.

Still listed on 20 September 2026 (9): memebet.com, cryptocasino.com, coincasino.com, winningz.com, casinopayservice.com, eletia.com, mybet.com, ghostino.com, monsieurlapin.com.

Nothing was added. Every domain on today's list was already on the August list.

Four brands we track, one licence

BullsRank tracks four brands that name this licence: Mega Dice, Lucky Block, TG.Casino and CoinCasino. On 20 September 2026 the register still lists coincasino.com. It lists none of the other three.

Mega Dice also has a Curaçao entry on file: OGL/2024/1718/0938, held by MIBS N.V. Every Curaçao register edition we read between 6 August and 16 September 2026 prints its status as "Expired" and its compliance-review period as ended on 24 December 2025. We tried to read the three sites on 20 September 2026. luckyblock.com redirected our reader to luckyblock7.com, which answered in full and names no licence anywhere on the page; luckyblock7.com is not in Anjouan's register either. megadice.com answered 403 with the message "Region Access Restricted". tg.casino answered, but served only the shell of its site, so we cannot tell you what its footer says today. We will add it here once we have read it.

What we are not saying

We are not saying these casinos are unlicensed, closed, or in breach of anything. A register lists domains; it does not explain changes to the list. The sites may have moved to another licence, another regulator, or other domains, or stopped operating. We have not found them under any other Anjouan licence. We have not searched every other regulator's register for them.

What we are saying is narrow and checkable. On 21 August 2026 Anjouan's register tied megadice.com, luckyblock.com and tg.casino to licence ALSI-142311005-FI2. On 16 and 20 September 2026 it did not tie them to any licence.

We have not asked Igloo Ventures SRL or the Anjouan regulator for a statement for this article. If we receive one, it goes on this page with its date.

How to check a domain yourself

1. Open Anjouan's register at anjouangaming.com/license-register.

2. Search for the domain you actually play on, not the brand name. Brand names repeat across mirrors; the register lists domains.

3. Match the licence number the site prints in its footer against the entry you find.

4. Note the date you checked. The register shows no history, so your date is the only record of what it said.

What changed on BullsRank

We read Anjouan's register page in full each time. The page carries every entry as structured data: company, status, licence number, type, issue and expiry dates, and covered domains. We compare the domain list of each licence between reads. Our regulatory watch now reads each tracked licence by its number every week.
