Anjouan licence dates this autumn: what moved

Eight Anjouan licences, covering eleven of the casinos BullsRank tracks, carried a printed expiry date between 1 October and 21 November 2026 when we first read the register, on 21 September. On 1 November three of them print a date in 2027: the licences that list bc.game, bets.io and bitz.io. Three dates have passed and nothing moved: the licences we link to Megapari and Duelbits still print 12 October 2026, Betwinner's prints 15 October, and all three entries still read "valid". Two dates are still ahead, FortuneJack's on 3 November and Igloo Ventures' on 14 November.0104

An expiry date in this register is worth watching for one reason: the register never marks one. Every entry reads "valid", whether its date is next year or last month, so the only way to see a renewal is to read the register again and check whether the date moved. That is what this page does. Anjouan is one of the licensing regulators whose registers we read, and our Anjouan licence check guide shows how to do the same search yourself.01

Update, 1 November 2026: three dates passed, three moved

We said we would read the register after each date in the table and a week later, and publish each read here. We didn't publish those reads. This update compares our read of 1 November, at 12:59 UTC, with the copies of the register we took on 11, 22, 23, 28, 29 and 30 October for other work. The page we downloaded on 1 November was identical, byte for byte, to our copy of 30 October at 13:20 UTC.01

Megapari, Duelbits and Betwinner: the date passed, the entry stayed. ALSI-112310012-FI5 (VDSOFT&SCRIPT DEVELOPMENT SRL, listing megapari.com) and ALSI-112310013-FI5 (Elevated Entertainment Ltd, listing duelbits.io) still print 12 October 2026. ALSI-202510028-FI1 (HappyDoo LLC, listing betwinner.direct) still prints 15 October 2026. On 1 November, 20 and 17 days after those dates, all three entries read "valid" and are identical to what we read in September: same holder, issue date, expiry and domain.01

Bets.io's licence moved 13 days after its date. ALSI-202410047-FI2, held by TESSERA LIMITED SRL, printed 17 October 2026 in every copy we took up to 30 October at 09:59 UTC. In our copy from 13:20 UTC that day it printed 17 October 2027. The number, the issue date (18 October 2024) and the seven domains, bets.io among them, stayed the same. The register doesn't say when the regulator decided the renewal, only that the date changed between our two copies.01

Bitz's licence moved a month early. ALSI-202411066-FI2, held by Win Sector Ltd and listing bitz.io, printed 21 November 2026 in our copy of 11 October and 21 November 2027 in our copy of 22 October. Of the eight dates on this page, it is the only one we can show moved before it arrived. All three moves on this page so far, BC.Game's included, pushed the date forward by exactly one year.01

FortuneJack and Igloo: still ahead. ALSI-202411021-FI1 (PlayWave SRL, listing fortunejack.com and playwave.club) prints 3 November 2026. ALSI-142311005-FI2 (Igloo Ventures SRL) prints 14 November 2026 and lists one domain, casinopayservice.com, as it has since 5 October. Neither entry has changed in any of our October copies.01

The past-date entries left the register, and three came back. On 5 October eight casinos we track sat on nine Anjouan entries whose dates had already passed. In our copy of 11 October four of those entries were gone: Interactive Pandas SRL (Betpanda), Whale Operations Ltd (Whale.io), TTOP Group AJ Ltd (Chipsy) and Moon Revolution Limitada (Gamdom). By 22 October the other five had gone too: Fordegens Limitada (Flush), Magico Games N.V. (BetNinja; betninja.com had already dropped off that licence's domain list by 11 October), Eskimo Adventures Ltd. (Cybet), and Albatross Entertainment LLC and POLYNATO LLC (Melbet). Three have since come back under the same number and issue date, with the date one year later: Moon Revolution, listing gamdom.com, by 22 October, printing 29 June 2027; Eskimo Adventures, listing cybet.com, and Albatross Entertainment, listing melbet.global, in our copy of 30 October at 13:20 UTC, printing 15 September 2027. The other six were not in the register on 1 November.01

Across the register, removal isn't always the end. On 1 November the register listed 1,298 entries, all "valid"; 78 were past their printed date, every one of those dates in October 2026. Of the 339 entries past their date on 5 October, 293 were no longer in the register on 1 November, 41 were listed with a later date (40 of them exactly one year later) and 5 still printed their old date, between 1 and 4 October. Twenty-seven entries that were in our 5 October read, then missing from at least one of our copies of 11, 22 or 29 October, were back on 1 November with a later date. The biggest drop came between our copies of 5 and 11 October, from 1,543 entries to 1,343; our note on that cleanup breaks it down.0106

October's dates mostly didn't move. Our 5 October read had 90 entries with a printed date between 5 and 31 October. On 1 November, 17 of them printed a date one year later, one was gone, and 72 still printed the October date that had passed.01

Update, 5 October 2026: BC.Game's date moved a year

We had said we would read the register on 2 October. We read it on 5 October, at 23:15 UTC, and compare it here with our read of 26 September. The register was updated that evening, so the totals below are for that read.

BC.Game's licence now prints 1 October 2027. ALSI-202410011-FI1 keeps its number, its holder, Twocent Technology Limited, and its issue date, 2 October 2024. Only the printed expiry changed, from 1 October 2026 to 1 October 2027, which is how a renewal would appear in this register. The register doesn't say on which day between our two reads the date moved, or when the regulator decided it. The domain list shrank from 18 to 12: cocobeast.com, fastrun100.top, greenmoon.top, keepflying.top, redgreenyellow.top and winnerinlife.top are gone, and bc.game is still on it. The site's footer, read on 5 October, still shows an Anjouan seal and names Twocent Technology Limited and the same licence number. More on the operator in our BC.Game licence note.0105

More moved dates, some before the date. Forty-two entries kept their licence number and issue date and had their printed expiry moved forward between 26 September and 5 October: 41 by exactly one year, one by two years. For 28 of them the old date had passed before 26 September. For nine it hadn't arrived yet: their old dates fall between 15 October and 24 November. So the date can move months after it passed or weeks before it arrives.01

Three entries disappeared. Three entries whose printed dates had passed (13 June, 17 July and 15 September 2026) were in the register on 26 September and not on 5 October. None of them is on the regulator's revoked or suspended pages. So a passed date can also end with an entry simply gone.0102

The Igloo licence lost four more domains. ALSI-142311005-FI2, held by Igloo Ventures SRL, now lists one domain, casinopayservice.com, down from five on 26 September. memebet.com, cryptocasino.com, mybet.com and monsieurlapin.com are gone. The printed expiry, 14 November 2026, is unchanged, and none of the four casinos we link to this licence is on its list.01

Nothing else on this page moved. The other six licences in the table print the same dates and domains as on 26 September, and the nine past-date entries behind eight casinos we track (see the 1 November update) are unchanged. The register listed 1,543 entries, all "valid"; 339 of them were past their printed date on 5 October.01

Update, 26 September 2026: the first renewals we could see

The register changed between our reads of 22 and 26 September. It now lists 1,526 entries, all still "valid". Three things matter for this page.

Renewals show up as a moved date. Seven entries kept their licence number and issue date and had their printed expiry pushed forward by exactly one year: Apex Dynamics Ltd., DK Entertainment Ltd, Elfy Interactive Limited, EZCS Solutions Ltd, FCG Seven Seven Limitada, Gigantic Games Group Ltd and Win Top Ltd. All seven had already passed their old date on 21 September, some by a week, one by more than three months. So a renewal can reach the register long after the old date, and in the meantime the entry looks exactly like one that was never renewed.01

CoinCasino dropped off its licence's domain list. The Igloo Ventures SRL licence, ALSI-142311005-FI2, now lists five domains instead of nine. coincasino.com, eletia.com, ghostino.com and winningz.com are gone; the printed expiry, 14 November 2026, is unchanged. Our register monitor first recorded the mismatch for CoinCasino on 23 September. None of the four casinos we link to this licence is now on its list.01

None of our dates moved. The eight licences in the table below print the same dates as on 21 September, and the nine past-date entries behind eight casinos we track are unchanged too.01

The eight licences and the eleven casinos

Two of the eight are three-year licences issued on 13 October 2023 (Duelbits and Megapari) and one a three-year licence from November 2023 (Igloo). The rest were issued for one or two years. The three that moved, BC.Game's, Bets.io's and Bitz's, were all issued in October or November 2024 and each moved forward by one year. Why Duelbits and Betwinner aren't on their licences' domain lists is covered in our note on licences that list another domain.01

What the register does when a date passes: nothing, then sometimes removal

Anjouan's status definitions page describes an "Expired" status: "The licence validity period has ended and the licence has not been renewed." That word doesn't appear in the register's published data. All 1,527 entries read "valid" on 21 September 2026, and 340 of them were past their printed date, 25 of them by more than a year. On 5 October it was 339 of 1,543, 32 of them by more than a year. On 1 November it was 78 of 1,298, all of them with an October 2026 date.0301

The difference is removal. Between our reads of 5 October and 1 November, 293 of the 339 past-date entries left the register. None of them appears on the regulator's revoked or suspended pages, which on 1 November listed the same three licences as in September. The register doesn't say why an entry left, and some came back: 27 entries returned with a later date after missing from at least one of our October copies.0102

Until 26 September we hadn't seen how the register records a renewal. By 5 October we had 49 examples, almost all the same form: the same number, the same issue date, the expiry date moved forward by one year (one moved two years; one now names a different holder). Since then a second form has appeared: the entry leaves the register after its date and comes back weeks later under the same number, usually with the date a year on. The register shows no history, and the regulator's disclaimer says it "may not reflect changes that have occurred since the most recent update", so the only way to see either is to compare two reads.0103

Why this matters more for Anjouan than for other registers

Anjouan licences are short. By the counting rule in our Anjouan register census, 886 of the 1,527 entries in September ran one year and 464 ran two. A short term with no expiry marking means the printed date is the only signal the register gives, and it goes stale the day after it passes.04

The regulator's own rules put the burden on the operator. Its seal policy says the seal "must be removed immediately upon licence suspension, revocation, or expiry". So on a site whose licence date has passed, the seal is the thing to look at: if it is still up, either the licence was renewed or the policy isn't being followed. The register won't tell you which until the date moves. We haven't re-read the casinos' sites for this update.03

What we will do

The next dates in the table are 3 November (FortuneJack) and 14 November (Igloo). We plan to read the register after each, check Megapari's, Duelbits' and Betwinner's entries again at the same time, and add each read to this page with its date. If this page shows no update after a date, we haven't read the register for it yet. If a holder tells us a licence was renewed before the register reflects it, we publish that with the date received and label it as the operator's statement.

What we are not saying

We are not saying any of these licences has lapsed. For Megapari, Duelbits and Betwinner the register prints a passed date with the word "valid" next to it, and the regulator's revoked and suspended pages don't mention the three entries. A printed date is a printed date: holders renew, and the register may or may not show it promptly. A date moved to 2027 tells you nothing about payouts, or about a site that isn't on the domain list. We have not contacted the holders for this note. Anything they send us goes on this page with its date.

How to check a date yourself

1. Open the register at anjouangaming.com/license-register and search the licence number from the casino's footer.

2. Read the expiry column and compare it with today's date. Ignore the status: it reads "valid" on every row.

3. Check that the domain you are using is in the licence's domain list. Six of the eleven casinos here aren't on the domain list of the licence we link them to (register read 1 November 2026).

4. If the number isn't there at all, check the regulator's revoked and suspended pages, then search again a few days later: entries have left the register and come back.
