BC.Game, Megapari, Bets.io: Anjouan licence dates this autumn

Eight Anjouan licences, covering eleven of the casinos BullsRank tracks, carry a printed expiry date between 1 October and 21 November 2026. The first is the licence that lists bc.game, due on 1 October. Across the whole register, 221 of 1,527 entries carry a printed date in the 60 days from 22 September to 21 November, 104 of them in October.

An expiry date in this register is worth watching for one reason: the register never marks one. On 21 September 2026, 340 entries were past their printed date and every one of them still read "valid". So when 1 October passes, bc.game's entry will look exactly the same, whether or not the licence was renewed. The only way to know is to read the register again and see whether the date moved. The eight licences and the eleven casinos

Two of the eight are three-year licences issued on 13 October 2023 (Duelbits and Megapari) and one a three-year licence from November 2023 (Igloo). The rest run one or two years. Whether a holder renews, and what the register shows when it does, is the open question.

What the register does when a date passes: nothing

Anjouan's status definitions page describes an "Expired" status: "The licence validity period has ended and the licence has not been renewed." That word doesn't appear in the register's published data. All 1,527 entries read "valid" on 21 September 2026, and 340 of them were past their printed date, 25 of them by more than a year.

Eight of the casinos we track already sit in that group: Betpanda (printed date 20 February 2026), Whale.io (9 March), Chipsy (17 March), Gamdom (29 June), Flush (2 September), BetNinja (11 September), Cybet and Melbet (both 15 September). All eight entries still read "valid", with the old date printed next to the word.

We don't know how the register records a renewal, because we haven't yet caught one in the act. The register shows no history, and the regulator's disclaimer says it "may not reflect changes that have occurred since the most recent update". The plausible forms are a new expiry date on the same entry, or a new licence number for the same company. Only one company held two licences on 21 September, so the second form is rare or not yet visible.

Why this matters more for Anjouan than for other registers

Anjouan licences are short. By the counting rule in our census, 886 of the 1,527 run one year and 464 run two. A short term with no expiry marking means the printed date is the only signal a player gets, and it goes stale the day after it passes.

The regulator's own rules put the burden on the operator. Its seal policy says the seal "must be removed immediately upon licence suspension, revocation, or expiry". So on a site whose licence date has passed, the seal is the thing to look at: if it is still up, either the licence was renewed or the policy isn't being followed. The register won't tell you which.

What we will do

From 1 October 2026 we read the register on the day after each date in the table, and again a week later. For each of the eight licences this page will record: the date the register printed on the read, whether it moved, whether the domain list changed, and whether the casino's site still shows the seal. Each update carries its read date. If a holder tells us the licence was renewed before the register reflects it, we publish that with the date received and label it as the operator's statement.

This is the first entry in a weekly register watch. The Curaçao register gets the same treatment, including its enforcement register, which we started reading this week.

What we are not saying

We are not saying any of these licences will lapse, or that any of these casinos will be unlicensed in November. A printed date is a printed date. Holders renew; the register may or may not show it promptly. We have not contacted the eight holders for this note. Anything they send us goes on this page with its date.

How to check a date yourself

1. Open the register at anjouangaming.com/license-register and search the licence number from the casino's footer.

2. Read the expiry column and compare it with today's date. Ignore the status: it reads "valid" on every row.

3. Check that the domain you are using is in the licence's domain list. Five of the eleven casinos here aren't listed on the licence they cite.
